ISO-BLOCO MULTITEC – our innovative multi-functional joint sealing tape – was awarded the coveted “Gold Medal” at the BUDMA trade fair. During the fair, trade visitors to our stand were informed about the many benefits of window installation with the MF1-tested 3-level tape with hybrid technology.

In line with the BAU 2025 motto “The future of building”, we presented our range of future-oriented, sustainable products for energy-efficient building sealing at the trade fair.

When the international construction world comes together again at BAU in Munich, ISO-Chemie will also be there with a wide range of energy-efficient and sustainable sealing solutions.

As a leading manufacturer of building sealing solutions, ISO-Chemie was honoured with two major awards this year. The two awards “Best Foam Product Manufacturer 2024, Europe” and “Top Company in Building Sealing Solutions in Europe 2024” honour the company for its reliable product quality, outstanding innovative strength and many years of expertise.

ISO-Chemie is now a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The company, known for its energy-efficient and sustainable building sealing solutions, has thus taken another significant step towards structuring its environmental and sustainability strategy.

ISO-BLOCO MULTITEC “TIMBER EDITION” is a new multi-functional tape from ISO-Chemie that was specially developed for use in timber construction. It is ideal for sealing joints in prefabricated timber construction, timber frame house building, when extending roof space in the gable and dormer area and when creating air tightness in log houses.

At Fensterbau Frontale 2024, ISO-Chemie was awarded the RAL quality mark for “Joint sealing components and systems” several times. The prize winners include the ISO-TOP WINFRAMER “TYPE 3” in front of wall installation system and three different multi-functional tapes from the sealing specialist.

ISO-TOP BASE – our flexible supporting profile for floor-level components – was awarded the coveted Gold Medal in the product competition at Polish trade fair BUDMA. The product for installing and sealing floor-level windows, doors and lift-and-slide doors was presented to trade visitors on the sealing specialist’s exhibition stand.

Our stand at Fensterbau Frontale 2024 focussed strongly on the ease of installation of our sealing products and their considerable flexibility in use. With these products, as air tight joint specialist is we meet the growing requirements for building sealing to improve energy efficiency.

Along with various product innovations, they presented additions to the range of hybrid PU sealing tapes as well as the new, individually bespoke components for ISO-TOP WINFRAMER IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM.

The product and its benefits were presented along with other innovations at the award ceremony and on the ISO-Chemie exhibition stand.

When BAU 2023 in Munich finally opens its doors again, ISO-Chemie will be there as an exhibitor. The sealing joint professional will be demonstrating new and established energy-efficient sealing solutions for new builds and building renovation.

From 24 August 2023, mandatory training will be required for the industrial or commercial use of products that have a free isocyanate content in excess of 0.1%. According to the European chemicals regulation (REACH), all users of these products must have received appropriate training in their safe use.

ISO-Chemie is pleased to present a new 1-component polyurethane expanding foam with a low-monomer recipe for a healthy living environment. With its very low free isocyanate content, ISO-TOP THERMFOAM „BLUE LINE“ is especially healthy to use and can also be used without training after 24.08.2023.

The IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3” from ISO-Chemie was tested by Holzforschung Austria (HFA) and certified as an intrusion-resistant component to resistance class RC3. The system was already RC2-tested, but has now proven its suitability for the installation of intrusion-resistant windows and glazed doors in front of the wall – an even more stringent class.

ISO-Chemie’s multi-functional joint sealing tape ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC was tested by Dr Feist of the Passivhaus Institute in Darmstadt for use in the construction of passive energy houses. Owing to its remarkable functional characteristics, ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC was officially awarded the “Certified Passive House Component” label.

The range includes various high-quality fixings that are matched to and approved for use with our supporting frame-based in front of wall installation system.

We have developed a multi-purpose sealing tape to thermally insulate joints in windows, facades, timber constructions and roof coverings that are indirectly exposed to the weather. The use of innovative Microtherm technology gives ISO-BLOCO XTHERM low thermal conductivity and very good sound-proofing properties of up to 62 dB.

ISO-Chemie’s new webshop recently came online at the ISO-PORTAL. The sealing systems specialist’s customers are now able to place orders around the clock – from anywhere. This brings 24/7 flexibility to the working day and simplifies the ordering process, either from the office or using mobile devices on site.

ISO-Chemie has extended its primer range with a new environmentally-friendly version that offers outstanding adhesive strength. As the product name (ISO-TOP SPRAY PRIMER) suggests, this is a spray-on bonding agent.

ISO-Chemie has a great new addition to its in-front-of-wall installation system. These boards can be used to produce special design components when fitting windows in the outer thermal insulation level.

Shortly before the construction work was completed, Mayor Thilo Rentschler visited the site to view the current status of the ISO-Chemie expansion project in Röntgenstraße, Aalen. This investment is intended to future-proof the family-owned company’s site, so the planned expansion concept is being implemented systematically.
