ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3” PASSES RC 2 BREAK-IN TEST

When tested to resistance class RC 2, the IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYP 3“ easily withstood attacks using all the specified tools.

Our IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3” has been extensively tested by Holzforschung Austria. It was tested to resistance class RC2 for its intrusion-resistant properties. The testing was carried out as specified in the DIN EN 1627-1630 series of standards, made even more rigorous by the addition of further attempted attacks.

These not only included the opening attempt between the frame and casement as prescribed by the standards. Attempts were also made to break in between the frame and supporting frame system using the tools prescribed for the test. There was also an attack on the connection between the in front of wall installation system and the body of the wall.

Naturally, the IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3” also withstood the static pressure test on the window fixing points, plus a total of seven pendulum impact tests using a 50 kg twin-tyre impactor.

All the tests were passed with outstanding results and demonstrate how resistant the IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3” is to attempted break-ins.
